OUR CATTERY FACILITIES
The cats are kept indoors.
Studs live in their own enclosures.
The queens run free indoors except while
pregnant. When they get close to delivery time they
move into a "queening cage" in the living room, so they feel
safe and protected but also still out where lots of
activities are happening.
When kittens start walking they come out for
adventures. Eventually they get the run of the house
for a little while before they're ready to go to leave for
their new homes. This helps to socialize them by introducing
lots of new cats, people, sights, and sounds.
